Noah Goodhart is the co-owner of two renowned hospitality brands including The Surf Lodge, a Montauk institution that has been a staple in the Hamptons for the past 17 years as well as the sister venue, The Snow Lodge in Aspen, CO. Prior to investing and ultimately acquiring the Surf Lodge brand, Noah was a serial tech entrepreneur whose most recent company Moat was acquired by Oracle in 2017.

Juriël Zeligman is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of GOSPËL, an iconic SoHo nightlife and cultural venue centered on music, art, and human connection. In partnership with global artists such as Black Coffee, GOSPEL has earned international recognition, including being named America's #1 nightclub at the DJ Mag Awards in Ibiza. Through GOSPEL Tribe, the brand has expanded globally through curated pop-ups across the United States and Europe, as well as its Live from GOSPËL radio show on SiriusXM's Studio 54 channel.
